TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • If it's your first time here at Dance Central we will help you to choose the right Dance course. We can arrange an evaluation session with one of our instructors to see how high we can place you in our program.

​

  • Evaluations can only be done upon request, and the time and venue of the evaluation will be decided accordingly.

​

  • If you are already a student of Dance Central you will need to ask your instructor before progressing to a new level. If you are not sure please don’t hesitate to ask the instructors for help and advice. Dance Central reserves the right to promote students to the next level.

​

  • Entry into higher levels is subject to evaluation before registration.

​

  • Dance Central reserves the right to cancel any course at any time with a full refund or roll over credit to the students affected by it.

​

  • Dance Central reserves the right to refuse any student at any time. 

​

  • To be eligible for a refund or roll-over, All decisions regarding your membership must be concluded 72hrs before the batch you are signed up for commences. Once the batches commence you are not eligible for any refunds/ ROC / FOC and neither are the classes transferrable. 

​

  • Dance Central reserves the right to expel or cancel a membership for bad demeanor or inappropriate conduct or violations of our policies at any time. In such a case, there will be no refund. All existing membership/arrangements / FOC classes can be terminated with immediate effect.

​

  • Students are requested to wait until the scheduled time of class. We request you to not enter the class till the previous class is over to ensure the smooth functioning of the classes.

​

  • Dance Central reserves the right to assign instructors to each course according to the school and students’ needs.

​

  • All right are reserved by Dance Central and Dance Central has the right to make changes to modules, policies, and structures at any point without prior intimation to the student. Kindly check with us from time to time for any changes. 

​

  • Our support team on WhatsApp is your one-point contact for Dance Central. Once you finish beginners. We automatically take all conversations on chat or email to keep everything in writing to avoid any miscommunication or misunderstanding. We deal with many students at a time. Hence, it is humanly impossible to keep track of so many queries, concerns, and discussions via verbal communication or phone calls. 

​

  • During your first time registration, a one-point contact from our support team will be assigned to you for all your queries. 

​

  • Please note our support team is designed to address all your concerns. If you decide to have a separate chat with our instructors or even the founders or directors of the company. Those conversations will have to be brought to the notice of your support team by YOU. Thereafter, A confirmation on the same will have to be taken in writing by our support team. Any resolution of queries will be based on discussion and communication that have been recorded on Text chat or Email only.

  • If you have had a separate chat and not discussed it or have forgotten, thereafter,  to discuss it with our support team, then, our support team will not be held responsible and in such a case, the discussion with our instructor including the founder and directors will stay null and void. The final decision will be of the support team at Dance Central.

​

  • In exceptional cases, if the founder and directors overrule the discussion of the support team, then such information will be made aware to you by our support team. If such information hasn’t been communicated please note that the decision of the support team will stay final.

Refunds/ Roll Over Credits

A Roll Over Credit or ROC is offered to a student who has registered and paid the fees, but for some reason is unable to attend. You can use the credit on a future course date instead. To avail of this, a student can ask for ROC while canceling class between 7 days prior to 72 hours before your course starts. After a course starts or during the 72 hours prior to a course starting, there will be no refunds nor a roll-over. Fees are also not transferrable.

 

  • Fees once paid are subject to all policies and terms and conditions at Dance Central.

  • For a roll-over to be valid, you have to not only apply for the roll-over during the above window but also at that time mention the month, when they would like to join. ROCs are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and must be claimed within the validity.

​

  • If you apply for a ROC and do not mention the month to us, your ROC will automatically get canceled and your membership will stay as is. And in such a case no further requests will be entertained in the future. In essence, you cannot pay fees and show up to class as and when you feel like. You have to book a course and stay with it. if you fail to attend or communicate, the classes are counted and cannot be further adjusted.

 

  • After a course starts or during the 72 hours prior to a course starting, there will be no roll-over nor any refunds. ROCs are not transferrable either.  The decision to offer a ROC will be decided by Dance Central and your one-point contact at Dance Central. In certain cases, we may deny a ROC as well. All rights reserved by Dance Central.

  • We honor a 100% refund when you register AND cancel before 7 days prior to the start date of the batch you have signed up for.  Do note batches usually run full and therefore when you reserve your spot, it also means we are not giving that spot to anyone else. Therefore let us know in advance as per our guidelines. This helps us replace your membership.​

​

  • Roll-over credits cannot be transferred and have to be claimed by the same person who has availed of the roll-over. Roll-over classes have to be claimed for the same course and cannot be claimed for another course. If you had signed up using an offer. The offer will be auto-cancel and balance amounts, if any, will be payable.

​

  • Once the batches commence you are not eligible for any refunds/ ROC / FOC and neither are the classes transferrable. All decisions regarding your membership must be concluded before the batch you are signed up for commence.

​

  • If you have already considered a ROC once, you cannot apply for a ROC again unless you have completed 3 months of classes. In certain cases, a cancellation fee amounting up to 50% may apply on producing valid documents of a medical emergency, etc.

​

  • If you are enrolled in any of our offers. The terms and conditions of the offers will also be accounted for. You can ask for the terms and conditions when you receive the offers and our support team will share the same. We will not be held responsible for any information or query that has not been presented to us. We try our best to keep you well-informed. Offers cannot be considered for Roll over. In such a case the offers will be plainly terminated.

  • If the student has signed up for offers or packages and for some reason, the student disagrees with the terms and conditions of the offer or in general, then the student has to explicitly say so in writing by email or to our one-time contact from our support team on WhatsApp. No answer or an inconclusive answer will not be considered and will automatically be taken as acceptance of all policies and terms and conditions.

​

  • If the student disagrees and does not explicitly say so in an email or to our one-time support contact on WhatsApp or gives an inconclusive response and shows up at the location for the class. It would imply automatic acceptance of all policies and terms and conditions.

​

  • All disagreements and disputes must be settled and agreed upon by Dance Central before classes commence in writing by email or by taking approval by our one-time contact from our support team on WhatsApp. The final decision on any such discussions will be by Vineet Bangera & Dance Central and will be communicated through our one-time contact from our support team.

​

  • Payments can be done by Online Transfer to Dance Central Bank accounts. Cash Deposit into our accounts is not permitted. For the safety and security of the transaction, we encourage you to do a bank-to-bank transfer using net banking. If you are using any application like Gpay/PayTm/PhonePe, kindly use the Bank transfer feature in the app. Direct transfer using a phone number isn’t available. 

​

  • Cash payments are accepted only during class hours. Kindly check with our support staff by messaging via WhatsApp at +917045645632 on how to go about this. â€‹

​

  • Our responses and communications are based on queries and concerns from various students over the years. There is always room for us to improve and better our policies. Your feedback and experience will be taken into account for future improvements. Having said that, we will not be held responsible for any communication misunderstood at your end.

FOC (Free of Charge) Classes 

​A FOC class may be given to students as compensation, gift, or any personal decision by the Founders/Directors only. Information about such classes will be sent by email and will be subject to “additional” terms and conditions, over and above the already existing terms and conditions. A one-point contact from our support team will be assigned by email to you and all communications will have to be directed through the appointed person only. FOC classes are not transferrable. 

​

  • FOC classes missed or where a student cannot stay present, will not be further compensated or adjusted, or covered in any possible way, for whatsoever reason under any circumstance. Cover-up class guidelines won’t be applicable for the same.

​

  • The student will be granted a specific batch, a specific course, and a specific location, eg. Level 2 express membership at our Khar/ Andheri center OR Level 2 membership at Kandivali/ Ghatkopar center, etc. The membership period will have a set duration and validity.

​

  • Please ensure you are available for all classes during the validity to ensure consistent progress in dancing. Your evaluation and progress will be the same as any student's. Constant evaluation is a part of the learning curve.

​

  • Your assigned representative from our support team will be the only point of contact and all communications will always be in writing and routed through WhatsApp chat or email on behalf of Dance Central and Vineet Bangera. The arrangements of the FOC will be mentioned in the mail and the discussion will be accounted accordingly and will supersede any past or future communications in writing or verbally. 

​

  • Any discussions with the instructors or our founders or directors directly will be null and void.

​

  • We will not be held responsible for any updates or reminders at our end. All necessary information will be mentioned in class and you “may” also and not compulsory, receive the update on WhatsApp by our one-point contact from our support team.

​

  • We do not send out updates or intimations for FOC classes.

​

  • You are most welcome to write in at your end should you have any queries. We will not be held responsible in case you have failed to communicate to us or any updates you were not made aware of.

​

  • All in-class syllabus, teaching methods, evaluation, and way forward will be curated by Dance Central. This is our expertise and the decision of progress will be taken by your instructor and further verified by Vineet Bangera, which is not further questionable. Vineet’s decision will be final.

​

  • All past payments, if any, to us will be considered serviced and fulfilled and there will be nothing pending with us. We will not be liable for any further discussions whatsoever. 

​

  • There will be no physical exchange of money regarding the FOC classes during the terms of the arrangement and the validity of your membership.

​

  • Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior intimation. Post your validity, should you decide to continue, we will re-discuss the way forward.

​

  • To attend any classes that are payable or for which fees are required, charges for the same will be separately payable.

​

  • If a FOC class is ever granted to a student. The student automatically will receive no further offers or discounts for any future classes at Dance Central. Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise and in such case will be subject to monthly re-discussions.

​

  • This message is on behalf of Dance Central. This cannot be contested on its terms and no individual person can be held responsible. 

​

  • All rights are reserved by Dance Central.

​

  • If for some reason the student disagrees with the offer, The student has to explicitly say so in writing by email. No answer or an inconclusive answer will not be considered and will automatically be taken as acceptance of all policies and terms and conditions.

  • If the student disagrees and does not explicitly say so in an email or gives an inconclusive response and shows up at the location for the class. It would imply automatic acceptance of all policies and terms and conditions.​

  • Please respond with “I accept” to confirm that you have read and agreed to our arrangement by Email. In case we don’t hear from you or do not get a response by Email or in relation to the email within 48hrs of the receipt.  We will automatically consider that the terms “have been accepted” and the constituents of the email and all the terms and conditions at Dance Central will be put into motion with effect immediately.
